With a career spanning 40 years, which includes working in the London publishing industry, international print sales, hospitality and real estate in the UK and Portugal, Ann Laws has a wealth of knowledge and experience. Laws Property has been trading successfully for years and now has a small team of trusted professionals dedicated to delivering the best service possible. Having been established to deliver a more realistic sales commission, the company is going from strength to strength as vendors profit from a sales commission of only 2.5%. From this, buyers will also benefit by the vendor having more flexibility in the price they accept. A win-win situation!

A bright new dawn in real estate

In 2021, Laws Property, brought about a bright new dawn in real estate by sending ripples through the Western Algarve real estate market. At last, vendors had a choice that would save them money and this choice came with no penalties. Laws Property do not compromise on sales support services. In fact, it is our goal to go the extra mile (kilometre) than that of most other companies charging vendors 5+% in commission. Our fee includes professional photography, a virtual tour, drone images where appropriate, website and portal advertising, with regular exposure in the local press.

Laws Property believe in the power of the internet. This is our biggest and most important shop window. With this at the forefront of our mind, a strong working collaboration has been established with an SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) team based in Pakistan.
